Psycho-Emotional Balancing is based on the principle that the mind affects the body and vice versa. Our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. In other words, our mind can influence the health of our body!
On the other hand, what we do with our physical body (what we eat, how much we exercise, even our posture) can have an impact on our mental state (again positively or negatively). The result is a complex interrelationship between our mind and body.
There is almost no limit to the help this technique can give you. Whatever your problem, RPE will help you to rebalance your inner disharmony.
