The first time you receive Reiki energy, it is strongly recommended to take the option of 4 sessions in a row (daily for 4 days or 1 treatment every 2 days). Reiki energy is very powerful and you need to give your body time to acclimatise and harmonise.
Receiving several sessions of Reiki also allows you to go deeper into the management of your stress/anguishments/chronic pain, etc…. Several sessions can reduce or even eliminate certain pains or other psycho-emotional or mental problems over time.
This formula is ideal (and the one I strongly recommend) if you have :
need support before/after a surgical operation,
a chronic illness
moments of depression,
a stressful event in the near future,
special needs (bereavement, phobias…)
preparation for a birth,
and much more…
This formula allows you to go further in creating harmony and a lasting inner peace.
Find serenity and calm in your life by harmonising your chakras. The chakras are ‘energy centres’ linked to each of the endocrine systems. It is therefore vital to keep them in balance.
The cells and tissues of our bodies actively generate electric fields that are detectable on the surface of your skin. Every electric current also generates a corresponding magnetic field in the surrounding space. This is the law of physics. All organs and tissues produce specific frequencies and the biomagnetic fields gather in energy vortexes in our body. These energy vortexes are called chakras. Chakras emit and receive energy
For our body to function optimally, all 7 chakras must be balanced, allowing energy to flow harmoniously throughout the body. If one energy centre is not functioning well, the others do not work as well as they should. Some of them may even overcompensate and work too hard or too long. Our body and emotions then go into free fall.
Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, colour and sound that it is in harmony with. Chakras can be thrown off balance by many factors including stress, trauma, grief, toxins and even time.
Psycho-Emotional Rebalancing is a technique that combines several gentle and effective methods: meditation, breathing, and exploration of your subconscious world.
It is based on the principle that the mind affects the body and vice versa. Our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. In other words, our mind can influence the health of our body!
What we do with our physical body, what we eat, how much we exercise, the quality of our sleep, and even our posture, can impact our mental state. The result is a complex interrelationship between our mind and body.
