
What are the 4 levels of Reiki?
The complete Reiki curriculum is composed of 4 complementary levels. These four levels are, above all, a method of self-care, to help you grow and raise your spiritual awareness.

Level 1 is the very first level and forms the basis of the Usui Reiki system which allows you to practice regularly on yourself and others. It allows you to work on the physical level (everything that is visible) and can be of great help in your daily life.
Level 2

Level 2 focuses more on working on the mental and emotional aspects of situations. This second level will also allow you to go further in the therapy and give you the opportunity to free yourself from emotional ties that you no longer need and that are holding you back on your path. With level 2 you will be able to send Reiki into the past, present and future.
Level 3

Level 3, also known as the Master Practice in the Reiki curriculum, is important because it is the level that opens the doors to the spiritual side of <eiki. Mikao Usui, the founder of Usui Ryoho Reiki, not only taught a method of healing with the hands, he also added a philosophy of life that allows for a better understanding of the subtle concept of the “Great Universe”, the source of all that is, has been and will be.
Level 4

Level 4, also known as the Master Teacher level, is for practitioners who have a serious commitment to their clients and themselves. You do not necessarily need to feel that teaching is your calling to take this course; at this stage you will engage in regular practice with the aim of maintaining and developing calm spiritual virtues and deep inner peace. At this level, you understand that the purpose of Reiki is to achieve the level of total and deep inner peace that allows direct access to your higher self.
At this level, you can now pass on the Reiki energy and this profound teaching to your students. Each protocol of the homonization (initiation) will be explained and demonstrated.
If you decide to follow the master class, it is also with a view to your personal development, your spiritual evolution by working on your physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is about finding Unity in order to move forward in Joy, Serenity and Confidence.
