The stresses of everyday life
In a world that is sometimes far too hectic, we often find ourselves caught up in the stress and the 10,000 things to do that never end. The house, work, relationships, friends activities, unexpected events… Everything has to be managed, and managed perfectly. But the little annoyances pile up, the little problems become big ones, and soon you don’t know which way to turn. Our outer world has been turned upside down, but so has our inner world and we don’t know where to start.
What if there was another way to handle things?
A simpler and more serene way?
With Reiki and Clean Language, I offer you a ‘tailor–made‘ cocktail to help you get your head above water and clean up a bit, but this time on the inside. For our outer world is only a reflection of our inner world, after all.
How does it work?
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that relaxes the body and mind. This allows you to get back to the basics: you.
Then, Clean Language helps you to sort out your inner world and find the solutions to your problems, because the key is within you, I simply help you to find it.
What problems can Reiki and Clean Language help you with? Exemple :
- Relationship problems
- Emotional problems
- Chronic pain
- Unlocking mental patterns
- Managing your stress better
- Getting out of the blues
- See life more clearly
- Understanding your limitations
- Advancing professionally
- And much more besides…
The 5 precepts
Kyo daké wa – Just for today
1- Ikaru na – I release all anger.
2 – Shin pai suna – I free myself from all worries.
3 – Kansha shité – I am grateful for my many blessings.
4 – Gyo ‘ohagé mé – I am honest, I work diligently.
5 – Hito ni shinsetsu ni – I respect life in all its forms.
To change one’s life it is enough to apply each of these ideals here and now. The past is done, you can’t change it, the future hasn’t happened yet so you can’t do anything either. It is only here and now (just for today) that you can act.
1 – Anger has never solved a problem. When you are angry your thoughts are not clear, your blood pressure rises and you are more likely to say or do anything. Once you understand this, on all levels, you understand that anger is useless, you only create your own suffering.
2 – Preoccupation with something that has not yet happened is simply madness. Life is here and now, the thing you’re worrying about hasn’t happened yet and may never happen (or maybe it will, but if it does, worrying and preoccupation won’t prevent it). Worrying for days or even weeks about a future event, instead of enjoying your life and staying in tune with what is happening around you, will only bring worry.
3 – Just open your eyes every morning and you will realise how many blessings you have…you are alive, you are healthy, you have food, the car starts, the light turns green as you arrive, etc…. The more you look for your blessings, the more you will be in an attitude of gratitude, the more beautiful and enjoyable your life will seem.
4 – Be honest…easy you may say, but think beyond that. Are we really being honest? Honest with and to yourself; truly saying what you think or feel? How often do you agree to do things you don’t want to do?…just to please others? Is it honest to yourself?
5 – If we take small steps every day to respect the people and life around us, we realize on a deeper level how much we tend to be more than negligent of our “Mother Earth” who gives us everything we need to live in perfect health.
By integrating these ideals, a little more each day, we become more aware, more grateful and more respectful towards ourselves, our loved ones and Mother Nature.
It is these 5 ideals that have changed my life. Reiki energy feels good, I love it, but it is these 5 ideals that I try to apply every day to my daily life and to the situations that come up for me that have made me evolve on my path.
There are seven main chakras along your spine. They start at the root, or base, of your spine and extend to the top of your head.
To function at their best, your chakras must remain open, or balanced. If they are blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.
The root chakra, or Muladhara, is located at the base of your spine. It provides you with a base or foundation for life, and helps you feel grounded and able to meet challenges. Your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability.
The sacral chakra is located 2 cm below the navel. This chakra is responsible for sexual energy and creativity. It is also linked to the relationship with emotions and others.
Solar Plexus Chakra
The solar plexus chakra is located in the stomach area. It is responsible for self-confidence and self-esteem, and helps you to feel in control of your life.
The heart chakra, is located near your heart, in the centre of your chest. Not surprisingly, the heart chakra is linked to our ability to love and show compassion.
The Throat Chakra is located in your throat. This chakra is linked to our ability to communicate verbally.
Third Eye Chakra
The third eye chakra is located between the eyes. The third eye is responsible for intuition and is also linked to imagination.
The crown chakra is located at the top of the head. It represents the spiritual connection with oneself, others, and the universe. It also plays a role in your life purpose.

How I can help you
Who am I?
Born in the British Isles and living in France (Provins 77 Seine et Marne) for over 30 years, I have been at the head of a company for over 20 years. I am now turning the page on this chapter and returning to my first love: teaching, guiding and helping.
Now that my children are grown up, I can once again put my skills at the service of others, drawing on my years of experience as a qualified childcare worker, bi-lingual Montessori teacher, Reiki trainer, NLP practitioner and English/French Clean Language coach.
In the beginning
During my childhood, I always felt a bit out of place, a bit different, I never really found my place. Deep down, I felt that there was something more to life, something subtle, something simpler, but I couldn’t put my finger on it.
Something was missing
As I grew up, my research into different religions confirmed that there was more to life than matter, but the answers I was looking for were elsewhere. I felt that my path was right in front of me, but it seemed so far away.
In my fifties, this spiritual quest was still there, but a bit on the back burner. One evening, in the course of a conversation, I was told about Reiki and something resonated with me. I didn’t know what it was, but there was no doubt that this was the path I was meant to take.
An Awesome Discovery
I took the plunge and enrolled in my first Reiki course and then everything changed. Words were finally put to my feelings and I discovered a whole new world, but familiar at the same time. I had finally found what I was looking for… without even knowing it. For the first time in my life, I finally felt at home, I had found my way.
The Call of Teaching
After the practice of Usui Reiki, his teaching was the logical continuation of this path. I continued the trainings until the level of “Reiki Usui and Karuna© Master Teacher”. My understanding of Reiki continues to deepen, a real passion is developing.
Reiki... And much more
Life brings me everything I need at any given moment. The discovery of Clean Language has opened a new door to my practice and allows me to add a new dimension to my care: the balancing of the inner world through words. A gentle guidance that allows each person to find solutions from their inner wisdom.
